Important steps to be followed
  1. Your application should contain the passport photograph of size 240 x 360 pixels.
  2. After filling all the information in the application form, download and take the print out (A4 size).
  3. Application must be duly signed by Teacher-Participant.
  4. Application must be signed by concerned authority with seal.
  5. Scan the Application Form in PDF format, and upload the same using application number which is appear in the Application Form.
  6. The Application Form must be verified and accepted by the UGC-HRDC, then only you will receive COURSE ID through SMS and Email.
  7. For further communication you must use the COURSE ID.
  8. The validity of the Application is upto 31.03.2025 only.
Note
  1. The application will be rejected, if it was not signed by the concerned authority along with the seal.
  2. If application is rejected, the applicant will receive the information through SMS and also to registered email. In this case, applicant should login by using registered email and re-upload the application after making necessary corrections.
  3. Do not send the hard copy of the online application to the HRDC office.
